These cuves are normally bottled separately as iconic Waitaki Valley wines, all under a very well-respected, super-premium brand. A blend of the components listed shows a rich and characterful, premium Waitaki style.
Hand-harvested pinot noir fruit, grown in Bendigo subregion. Clones 5, 115 & 777. Indigenous-yeast ferment with 21 days on skins. 100% matured in French Oak. MLF complete. Wine has been racked off lees.

These wines were grown in New Zealand’s premium South Island viticulture regions. The range consists of two varieties, Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and South Island Pinot Noir with two tiers; Premium Varietal and Reserve.
Open top fermenter in very good condition, used for one vintage and has a new seal on the VC lid.
