Elegant Pinot Noir from Southern Marlborough displaying layers of aromatic red berries and spice with hints of wild thyme. Flavours of red and dark fruits are finely integrated with French oak on the palate, leading to a balanced finish with persistence and length.

The fruit for this wine was hand-harvested then destemmed and wild-fermented, with maceration in stainless steel for approx three weeks, then aged for 20 months in French oak barriques (approx 20% new). Racked, blended and currently in closed stainless steel tank (not on ullage).
