The fruit for this wine was hand-harvested then destemmed and wild-fermented, with maceration in stainless steel for approx three weeks, then aged for 20 months in French oak barriques (approx 20% new). Racked, blended and currently in closed stainless steel tank (not on ullage).

Barrel aged for 12 months with 20% new French oak barrel insert equivalent.
