Description: Beautiful, plush, soft and supple Central Pinot from a BioGro-certified Organic & Demeter-certified Biodynamic vineyard in Bendigo, Central Otago, New Zealand.
Organically grown, hand harvested, wild fermented and then matured in a combination of aged French oak barriques (to give palate weight and texture) and stainless steel tank too (to retain fruit purity). This is a ripe-fruited, plush, supple Central Otago Pinot Noir.
Bottled unfiltered and unfined (vegan). Minimal sulphites added.
