Description: Medium light ruby red in colour, with a touch of youthful purple. On the nose there is a complex combination of chocolate, coffee and dark liquorice combined with hints of rose petal and raspberry. The palate is sweet fruited with notes of dark plum and cedar oak spice, it lingers on the finish with a satisfying savoury truffle and white mushroom complexity.
