Hand-harvesting is looking like early April and can be coordinated with the buyer of the fruit.
This 2019 Pinot Gris has a rich flavour profile and silky smooth mouth feel. The palate is medium bodied with a slightly off-dry finish. Barrel ageing small parcels of wine has given a richness and leaves a smooth finish in the mouth. Cool fermentation has allowed for gradual flavour development and a complex array of fruit aromas and flavours.
