This is a high-end, complex and generous Pinot Noir from an esteemed producer. It is refined and textured in a more traditional style. The wine is still in barrels. If batches of less than the full 12,000 litres available are considered, there could be blending options.
Hand harvested fruit was open-top fermented and then aged in barrel for 24-36 months. This is a well-structured fruit forward Pinot Noir of medium to full body.
