Our Sales Support Services Package is designed for small and mid-sized wine and beer producers and distributors. It helps these businesses to maintain an effective, modern marketing support program, at very reasonable cost.

Website Maintenance
Keeping your company website up-to-date with new products, awards, reviews and information about the month's activities and events means that the central hub of your brand communications remains fresh and effective.
(½ day per month)

Social Media Activity
Use of social media such as Facebook and Twitter are an integral part of modern marketing and brand support and can be very effective in spreading awareness of your brand far and wide. (30 mins per day)

Trade Newsletter
Regular contact with trade customers and distributors nationally and internationally and supplying them with useful information, sales support materials and industry information, keeps attention on your brand, your products and sales. A high quality email newsletter can be personalized, graphically rich and is very inexpensive to produce and distribute.
(½ day per month)

Consumer Newsletter
Regular contact with consumers, locally and overseas, builds connection, familiarity and loyalty with your brand and your products. A high quality email newsletter can be personalized, graphically rich and is very inexpensive to produce and distribute. (½ day per month)

Media Contact and Liaison
A formalized program of contact with wine and food writers and publications, ensuring that new releases are submitted to influential reviewers and are followed up with in a timely manner and with news organizations and industry media, can result in valuable exposure of your brand at very little cost.
(1 day per month)

Sales Support Materials
The production, maintenance and distribution of quality sales support materials, such as product images, product info sheets, price lists and shelf-talkers supports your sales program and helps enhance a quality, professional image for your brand. (½ day per month)

Events and Tastings
A trade tasting in each of four main centres, gives the brand principals the opportunity to meet with key clients and to gain important face-to-face feedback from retailers, restaurateurs and wine media. Invitation only tastings can be simple events or more significant to suit. (3 days per quarter)

Cost of Service: $450+GST per week.
(Based on 40 hours per month)
All work is diarised and itemised and invoiced weekly or monthly by arrangement.
